Chrono Trigger U.S. Commercial – United States / North America Version (1995)

While not something we usually showcase on our YouTube channel, we didn’t see this US version of the Chrono Trigger commercial anywhere so we thought we would share.

This is the American version of the Chrono Trigger ad from 1995. When going through an old VHS tape from a Christian Slater movie marathon in late Winter or early Spring 1995 (Gleaming the Cube & Pump Up the Volume) that aired on the USA Network, we came across the ad. This spot is very similar to the Japanese version and the first time we’ve personally seen the US market team use a Japanese commercial and edit it for US television – so thought it was unique and wanted to share.
