Prince of Persia for the NES (1992) is a 2D cinematic platformer where an unnamed adventurer must rescue the Sultan’s daughter from the evil vizier Jaffar. Set while the Sultan is away, Jaffar gives the princess 60 minutes to marry him or die. The player has one hour to escape the dungeons and defeat Jaffar.
