Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade: 80s Anti-Piracy Nightmare

By the late 80’s, the Amiga was decimated by software piracy and many publishers looked for new and innovative ways to provide Anti-Piracy measures for their games. Lucasfilm would release Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade The Action Game in 1989, and it was an interesting variation on traditional manual based copy protection at the time. However, like most Anti-Piracy it was a frustrating experience placed on the end user and could be considered one of the worst early forms of Anti-Piracy to exist.
