On April 8 2024 (ie today – as of the making of this episode) , all Nintendo Network online services for the Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS will be shut down, but it does not mean you don’t need to stop playing online games. This is all thanks to Pretendo – the community developed Nintendo Network online replacement which is free and open source for everyone to enjoy. All you need is a hacked 3ds or WiiU and about 30 minutes of your time to get set up. In today’s episode we take a closer look at the Pretendo service and its features. Please Enjoy!
